INGREDIENTS:
¼ Cup chia seeds
1 Cup milk/milk alternative (ie. coconut or almond)
*Flavouring of choice
DIRECTIONS:
Mix ingredients in a bowl and then refrigerate for at least 30 min.
*Serve topped with nuts, fruit, cinnamon, cocoa nibs, toasted coconut shavings or whatever you like. Dig in!
